Review of the Mickey Thompson® Baja MTX

The MTX is one of America's Toughest All Terrain 4x4 tires, with reinforced sidewalls. A steel belted radial that has full width belts for strength and a full depth tread pattern that delivers a quiet ride and is great in the wet. This makes the MTX suitable for most applications.

As an All Terrain tire it is a good all-in-one combination of all-season tire and off-road tire. Steel belted radial delivers a smooth quiet ride. semi aggressive tread pattern offers decent handling and a long-wearing tire. Designed around an 80% Road & Sand, 20% Dirt & Mud application.

	Don't even consider it if this is your main terrain. This tire will not perform well at all in this terrain.

	Its trying but not doing too well. You'd be better off choosing another for this terrain.

	Average. Its doing ok, not great but its holding its own. A decent choice if you're compromising.

	This tire does very well in this terrain but its not the best tire available however still a very good choice.

	This tire performs exceptionally well in this terrain. Among the best suited for this terrain.
