Welcome to the Internet collection of Archway Home Plans. The dozens of brand-new and time-tested, best-selling plans in this collection may be viewed either by (1) scrolling through this collection to get an overview or by (2) using the search engine to specify your particular requirements as to house size, type, style and number of bedrooms. You also will have the opportunity to decide BEFORE you input these search criteria whether you wish the search results to be arranged in order by the size of the house plan or by lot width of the plan. Plan No. HYG-1052 Period Flair This 2-story plan with only 1,680 square feet is evocative of the Victorian period. It has the always desirable first-floor bedroom suite together with two equally good-sized upstairs bedrooms, one with a picturesque walk-out balcony. House measures 40' wide. Plan No. HYG-5218 Farmhouse Bonanza In addition to its attractive exterior with classic wraparound porch, this farmhouse with 4 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms on the first floor, features a gracious double-height entry and 2-story living room. Plan No. HYG-3419 The American Ranch Today Here is a 3-bedroom, one-level farmhouse plan with 1,600 square feet that has a wide 6' wraparound porch extended at the back for fair weather dining and entertaining. House measures 63'8" wide. Plan No. HYG-7178 A Country Angle In a perfect 43 foot square and with only 1,475 square feet, this single level farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a high ceilinged family room and an open-planned kitchen with delightful windowed corner dining area. A garage connected by a covered deck is also part of the plan. House measures 43' wide. Plan No. HYG-4537 Key to Luxury Amazingly, this ranch plan has only 1,498 sq. ft. and is only 55' across the lot but provides a luxury 3-bedroom plan families can afford behind a palatial 4-column entrance portico. Plan No. HYG-8153 Irresistible Farmhouse The pretty, eight-foot wide covered porch which wraps around 3 sides gives this traditional 2-story farmhouse with 2,226 square feet plenty of appeal. Inside, the plan offers 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a Great Room that extends 24 feet across the back. House measures 64'6" wide. Plan No. HYG-5255 Planning for a Long Life This 3-bedroom home with a country style looks much larger that its 2,126 square feet. The floor plan has every amenity you would want including divided bedrooms high ceilings, formal and informal rooms for entertaining and dining and a large well-appointed kitchen. Plan No. HYG-2367 Post-Modern Budget-Stretcher In less than 2,000 square feet this 3-bedroom, Post-Modern farmhouse delivers gracious living including a first floor master suite and an upstairs studio. Plan No. HYG-9081 Grandeur for a Modest Budget This small cottage plan with 1,190 square feet has a first floor bedroom, sloped-ceiling living room, and either one or two bedrooms on the second floor. House measures 36' wide. Plan No. HYG-8154 Award-Winning Contemporary This single level plan with 2,437 square feet looks like a winner and, indeed, is a Parade of Homes award-winner for its visual appeal and, inside, for an array of attractive amenities including high volume ceilings, island counter and pantry in the kitchen and an open plan -- perfect for entertaining. Plan No. HYG-2290 Carefree Hideaway For the small family or single owner this cabin plan with 1,335 square feet has a private first floor bedroom and a loft/bedroom overlooking the spacious 400 square foot living room. Plan No. HYG-9372 Better Believe It The affordable, 1,240 square-foot country home has 3 bedrooms in the two side wings and an open-planned center section with a sloped-ceiling Great Room. Plan No. HYG-7173 Wings and a Soaring Roof With only 1,291 square feet, this 3-bedroom country ranch plan has a remarkable Great Room that begins with the front porch and finishes at the back with a fireplace flanked by long windows. Plan No. HYG-2129 Lofty Vacation Value Within a 32-foot square "footprint" and 1,330 square feet on two floors, the surprise of this 2-bedroom vacation plan is the airy living/dining room which slopes up to a balcony loft.
