SUBSCRIBE TO THE BLOG. I WILL TRY TO UPDATE PROGRESS OF THE PARK WEEKLY. IF WE HAVE SPECIAL EVENTS I WILL POST IT IN THE BLOG SECTION or CALL 754-9665 DON OFF ROAD ENTHUSIASTS: I was getting tired of getting kicked out of all my old off-road trails and decided that people still enjoy 4-wheelin. The state has changed so many laws closing trails during mud season, written permission needed to cross over every owners land and private individuals closing their land off to off-road use. There is just no place left to go that you do not get into trouble. We had 300+ acres of land and decided that a 4-wheelin Park and Campground would be kind of nice. We are in the process of having trails cut and camping will be very rustic for now. We will have tent sites only. There is no running water or bathrooms set up yet so be prepared (7/07 we now have a portapotty). If it grows into something, we will add things as they are needed. We are going to allow anything that runs. ATV's, trucks, 3-wheelers, dirtbikes, ANYTHING! People can bring clippers, saws, chainsaws, etc. and help maintain the trails with us. Anyone who would like to assist in some groundwork - the help would be appreciated. We'll be working mostly on the weekends for now. As for fires, BE VERY CAREFUL, especially during the dry seasons. Small campfires will be allowed and there is plenty of old wood on the ground. We do not want any trees cut down, but feel free to clip any branches on trees as far as you can reach. This will help with cleaning up the park. We are not officially open yet, but volunteers helping to start this up can feel free to camp and ride for free until we actually open. THERE IS STILL SO MUCH TO DO. We would like to have rock climbing, mud holes, hill climbs, etc. and various other obstacles. WE WILL ACCEPT ANY ADVICE IN PLANNING AND ARE WILLING TO LISTEN TO ANY OTHER IDEAS FOR THE PARK. We are also looking for sponsors to help with costs such as: Keeping the trails safe, building bridges over running water, installing bathrooms and water supplies, possibly installing fire pits, fill material for road repair and anything else that we get suggestions for. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE.

I went for the first time this weekend and had a blast. It is a great place for people who love off roading to go with out destroying others land and have full permission of the owners. This is a wonderful sport for familys and friends. They supply a safe enviornment to have fun for all.
