Grappler Nitto's new Dura Grappler tire
is the latest tire from Nitto Tires designed specifically
for SUVs, light trucks and other vehicles that want good
on road performance. Marketed as a Highway
Terrain light truck tire, the Nitto Dura Grappler is
receiving good reviews on it's on road performance as a
good light truck tire with exceptional treadwear life and
above average ride comfort. Using what Nitto
terms as Dura-Belt™ 3-Steel Belted Technology which is
engineered for the high-torque pickup truck market. The Dura-Belt™
3-Steel Belted Technology is said to reinforce the tire
and stabilize the tread area which results in reduced
uneven wear and improved tread life over other similar
tires. Available in the 'E' load range (80 psi, also

and geared for heavy-duty Light Truck, they are available
in the most popular LT sizes. Appearance has 2
distinctive sidewall designs with a tread pattern that
will vary between the sizes with the LT metric sizes
sporting a 4-rib design and the P-metric sizes using a
5-rib design. Treadwear limited warranties available
in a 45,000-mile warranty for
Dura-Belt sizes and a
60,000-mile limited warranty for
P-metric/Metric sizes. Performance Rated
as: QRTH and the
UTQG Treadwear is 600 for the P-Metric and
Metric Sizes Only.
