I have a 10,000 Harbor Freight winch and it is very stout and has never failed me thus far. I dont use it now and then, I use it Bi-weekly. My buddy has had a Warn 8000, Warn 9000XP, Warn 9000TI and they all have burnt up or broke. He now has a Warn 12,000M. I kept tellin him my winch was worth the $430 I spent on it. I have even pulled him out time and time again when his winches failed. I would definitely recommend the 10,000. You must have steady voltage or like me, have a dual battery set-up. I run 2 red top Optima batteries. If not, the winch may not perform as well.

I'm looking to jack up my chevy s-10. I hear these smaller tires slip. So would it be best to put these on the front and a pair of boggers on the back?

I have had 4 sets of these Tires.
2 sets of 31X10-15 on a 2001 Wrangler(Wifes)
2 Sets of 35X12.50-15 on 99 wrangler(mine)
They preformed great offroad, they seemed to wear well for such an agressive tire though the compound was soft.
Had some seperation in her tires (last set) where the bead was pulling away from the side wall.
Never had a problem with my 35's
didnt handle any worse than a TJ on 35's.
I have since switched to KM2's and noticed a improvement in on road ride.

I live in Maine, and see all types of terrain.Excellent on wet pavement, great in snow, tread cleans well.Great on dirt/mud roads.I dont go mud boging as it could be a long hike for help. I have recomended this tire to all my friends,I have 12 months use,no apparent wear .I will by another set.

I would recommend these tires for the street only. Off road they perform like an AT as to be expected. I have them on my 03 Dodge 3500 diesel and one touch of the throttle even in 4th or 5th gear on wet pavement will break the tires loose. For a D-range tire, they are soft. Good ride. Wear well.
