Syntek does a great job of surpressing all bad reviews by flooding the internet with fake good reviews. Product acturally decreases power by about 3% Money is made off getting suckers to buy a bunch to sell to family and friends.

Recently bought a gunvault. The latch mechanism worked fine the first few tries, but then started to not release, not even with the key. Looking at the latch, it appears to be very poorly made, unlike the rest of the unit. The latch axle is a long screw and the latch sits on the axle between two ears of a bracket with washers between the sides of the latch and the bracket. The latch is able to get tilted on this axle due to the torque applied to the lath by the latch spring, which engages a long pin coming out of the latch. The latch feels like it is binding or has a lot of friction. Despite the warning to not spray lube into the latch, a precision applicator (syringe and needle) and some Teflon grease between the latch, washers, and bracket seems to have fixed the problem for now. I was highly disappointed when I saw the cheesy construction of the latch.

Very nice tire at first. Great traction wet, snow and off road in grass. Looks good on truck. Problem-I only got 22,612 miles on tires that were already on tread wear indicator. I tried to contact Dayton via email or phone with no responds. Warranty was suppose be 40,000 miles and I should get a replacement or money refund. What does warranty do anyway these days. I just replace all four tires today 9.21.11 with Cooper Discoverer H/T and a $75 rebate too. These comes with 50,000 warranty. So, we'll see! Cooper has a rebate going on till Nov. 7th, 2011

love the tires, great in all conditions, drove on shale without a problem, crawled through deep mud without even spinning, great grip on logs and rocks. i will defiantly be running these tires again!

Called Dunlap and Kyle, Grip Spurs and Buckshots will return "middle next year" to distributors. I called my tire shop (independent) who said they had the molds up and operational in indonesia, but were only testing and that he may be able to get them in a couple of months. My Willys is down till they come in
I have the 285x70x17's on a leveled 2008 Silverado. They have about 27,000 miles on them and about 60% tread left! They have been rotated once and they are wearing perfectly. Excellent performance in the winters of Northern NH, these tires can handle anything.

Was a little sketchy about the tread design when i first ordered them but was very impressed with how they performed, not only in the mud but in the winter also. Only got 30k out of the first set but i do drive alot of highway.
