Great improvement in faulty weather. Baja, mountains, mud, desert, on the beach... you name it, they'll handle it...

I have had mine on for about 5,000 miles and I am very pleased with them. I drove through a hurricaine on the highway with them and didnt slip, hydroplane or have any other problem at highway speeds. They did good in the 2 inches of snow we got this past week with no slipping or sliding, and I even tried to get the truck to slide sideways. the only complaint I have with the tires is the noise they make on the highway over 65 mph. they make this high pitch noise as if driving on a concrete highway, but around town they are super quiet. I do offroad and I switch out my tires before I go because I dont think these tires would survive in the sharp rocks and deep mud.

Bought these for a 4 Runner to get me 4 miles into unmaintained Forest Service roads in Southwest Montana where I have a cabin. Rolling open plains with some steep hills, roads that have sharp rocks stickin up a lot, some mud in places, and numerous small stream crossings. These tires performed great. Grip felt perfect in all conditions and happily no poped tires, even when I was driving fast one night to beat the dark. AND, did 85mph on I-15 and they felt and sounded like regular stock tires.

i had these 35,12.5s on my explorer daily driver(6"lift,WELDED REAREND) and with a locked rear end, its hard to hang on to tires for long. i had good year mtrs and they lasted about 5 months with shit wear, these mtx's lasted me a year and a few months, great in mud, snow, ice, and wet. great wear even with my front end pointin up to radiator. if your a weekend warrior theyre the best u can get, MT tires grip too much and break axles on ifs d44's (ford rangers, explorers)thats why i got these mtx's in the 1st place.

I have 2007 jeep rubicon and just got to 55k km and the tires have been good so far. I live in Canada and feel comfortable in snow and mud. I am just looking to replace the tires (cupping, very noisy now, and losing pressure) and have looked around. For the price and the combination of road and off-road this is the right choice. The tire people say that I should have rotated them and I have not because i have a life. So if you want a tire that will work well for 55k km without any maintenance - this is it.

Two and a half years on a 2006 Rubicon stock everything and the tires are wearing well, rotating every 3000 Km.

Not worth a penny on ice, expected for this type of tire. Locker bypass makes them tolerable in city driving on ice roads.

Rock 10 psi wet-20 psi dry
Sand 10-15 psi
mud 10 psi max
highway 30 psi
city 25 psi
winter, city 20 psi
Once snow is over 12 inches I drop pressure to 10-12 psi.

If the tire is shacking your truck have them balanced. If you think the tires are causing a pull left or right check alignment and check front end for loose track bars etc.

Not all alignment shops will check for loose worn parts when they do a quick check, in an effort to save money.
