They have been a surprisingly good tire. Very quiet on the road, mileage looks to be decent, sidewalls seem to be fairly strong (i scraped on of the sidewalls up pretty badly), the tire shop got my 33x12.50R15's on 15x8 steel rims to zero out on the balancing on four out of five. I've had them on for about 5k miles, wheeled them hard in rocks, mud, and snow and they have taken a beating.

I run these on my Samurai. They are impressive. They cut right through the mud and keep me going in my underpowered rig. I have the older Gateways so the center ribs are continuous with out grooves. They clean out really nicely.
In the rocks they perform good as well. I had them aired down you about 3psi and there was not much sidewall bulge. But they rapped around the rocks very nicely. If you get into the sharp rocks yet will chuck up a bit.
They are LOUD as hell. I'm running roughly 31's and they are louder than my friends 35" boggers! Definitely gets out looks on the highway. The tread compound is hard as hell (remember the chunking) and they last FOREVER on my light rig. I've been told that they will last on heavier rigs as well.
These tires came on my rig when I bought it and I'd buy them for it again if they'd ever wear out......
I purchased a Optima Red Top 15 years ago and it is beginning to fail. It will start the car when cold, but when hot it won't turn the engine over anymore. This is a high compression engine and does take a lot of power to turn over when hot. The starter on the car is good and the electrical system is charging correctly. All grounds on the car are good also. This car is only used once in a while and has a Battery Tender in use all the time. The battery is also disconnected when the car is not in use.
The tests on the batter show a good and a failed. There is also some sulfating on the base of the posts now.
I don't know if this is a record for how long one of these batteries last, I am quite sure I am going to buy another one.

Great all around tire. Dont use these tires in sand, they have aggressive lugs and will dig yourself a hole in a hurry. If you bog in thick peanut butter mud, these tires will not self-clean and you will have slicks th rest of the ride. If you are looking for a tire that can get you out of a trail, these are for you..

This product, used as directed on a freshly sand blasted frame, allowed the formation of rust after only 3 months of normal vehicle use. I regret spending the money on it... Rustoleum is a better product.
