Tire wears well but had to replace 3 of 4 because of cord seperation, Will go back to BFG,s MT. I got 60,000 mi. on 3 sets of those with no problems. If its a mud rig only they would be great.

I have these in a 285/70/17 on an 05 Z71. I drive it daily to work, and it is our family vehicle. The tires are quiet for such aggressive tread. They ride smooth and were easy to balance. I have 7500 miles on them so far and they look almost new. They do good in the mud, with some throttle. They are ok in the snow and ice, but I expected that from a mud tire. They were a little pricey but comparable to a Cooper STT, Swamper SSR, and they were less than Dick Cepek Mud Countrys, and Mickey Thompson MTZ's.
ive used these on my jeep wrangler they are a good general purpose tire
just not that good for mud they gum up with mud and turn in to slicks no matter how much power you put to the wheels they just wont clean them selves out, this i can say is good when aired down to 22 psi they grip rocks/logs really well!!!!

I Bought my FCII's in 2005, they were replaced under recall because Cracks appeared at the bottom of the tred and the replacement set stared doing the same thing, the MT rep said they were fine, now... 10000Kms later considerable cracking on the perimeter of the tread, wire belts clearly visible, MT sent out a new rep, he said, Unsafe, but not interested claiming misuse. partially relating his misuse assumption to tyre pressures being to high even though I regularly dropped the tyre pressures when offroad.

I do alot of beach driving, but hit the trail frequently with alot of different surfaces. Great tire!!!! I've used BFG AT and other Bridgestone AT's on multiple trucks and was sold on them... till now. Quieter than the BFG's or Bridgestone on highway, better in soft dirt and light mud, at 16-18psi float (don't dig) on sand. Greater versatility for an offroad tire. I will cry if they stop making these!

tires work great on my 250 diesel. I tow 15000 to 20000 weekly. had to pull some stock trailers through the wet pastures this spring with no problems. 40000 miles on them and still alot of life left, rotate and check the air regularly and they will last a long time. 305/65/17 they do impressive burn outs also!
