Santa Monica, CA – March 21, 2007 – Activision Publishing, Inc,
a wholly-owned subsidiary of Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI ), announced today
that it has signed a multi-year agreement which grants the company exclusive
worldwide rights to develop and distribute video games on all platforms based on
Live Nation’s (NYSE: LYV) Monster Jam series.
The first game under the terms of the agreement is expected to be available at
retail stores worldwide this holiday. The as-yet-unnamed title will bring to
life all of the intense action of the Monster Jam live events. Featured in the
game will be 20 of the world’s top monster trucks on the Monster Jam circuit,
including Grave Digger®, Maximum Destruction®, Monster Mutt®, and El Toro Loco®.

Sprint Racing - It's like a real MONSTER JAM racing event in
the stadiums. Two trucks, Realistic Tracks.
Freestyle - Just like the freestyle in the televised MONSTER JAM events.
You are timed, and have to perform the best to win.
Outdoor Racing - Race Off-road in MONSTER JAM style. Six
trucks race in outdoor races.
You can win both Racing and Freestyle World Championships in Las Vegas,
Nevada's Sam Boyd Stadium. You have to win both to be called the World Champion!

2007 All Breeds Jeep Show, York PA
- Bigger and Better than Ever, the 12th annual All
Breeds Jeep Show in York PA proved to be the
best yet in it's 12 years with an incredible
number of Jeeps, vendors, activities, and action
on the course. Enough to get any Jeep
fanatic's blood pumping.
The show was July 21, 22, 2007 Saturday & Sunday
