El Toro Loco Truck Information and Truck History
El Toro Loco is born of the same bad-blooded breed as Bulldozer. Lupe Soza
piloted El Toro in its' first competition in Lafayette, Louisiana, during
January of 2001. The bilingual (Spanish and English) driver and his brazen red
bull were a sensation from the start. Before his first roll-over in May of 2001,
the legion of fans started to swell in numbers.

As we watched this beast crawl up the RTI Ramp, observed the pivot point just behind the cab of the
truck as it worked it's extra flex into a great score for a 118 inch wheelbase
vehicle, we knew we would have to do a page on
this beast.
