they Gripped in the Mud ! ripped threw the snow !rides awsome on the hard pavement. . .90% of the time i forgot to put it in 4-WD drive they gripped so good. as for tread life i have 27,500 high way miles and counting still ain't even near the wear bars. . .
I'm putting them on every Light duty truck i got now.
Good tires for show and light use off-road. I drive primarily on unmaintained dirt roads and the tred went quick after about 1/2" gone. the tred is easily torn off by rocks when you try to climb a gravelly slope. on alluvial sands and gravel, the tires are not trustworthy. rocks get caught in the tred and do not get shed easily. if you need tires for show, these are nice; but if you needs are a tire to get you home and around try something else. rotated tires every 4,000 miles; only got 12,000 miles out of them. trying something else that can take gravel roads.

First off I run these on a Jeep Wrangler and have the Radials. That being said these are BAR NONE the best MT tire for double duty on such a light rig. I've previously run BFG MT's and MTR's. Neither of which gave me the sure footing the Trxus do on slick asphault. Off road they rarely leave me wanting. They don't have the large voids of it's other interco cousins. But the triple stage lugs shine when wheeled next to my friends BFGs in the mud. On the rocks the soft compound is comparable to the MTRs on the rocks without sacrificing in the mucky stuff.
Tire wear is faster than the BFG but very exceptible for a MT tire.

Put on 265/75/16 on a 2000 Range Rover and they are a huge upgrade over any of my previous tires BFG MT , Goodyear MT/R, Nitto Terra Grapplers, and BFG All Terrain
Although I do use my Terra Grapplers for the street as they handle better and get much better gas milage

I have been wheeling for 20 years. Not one tire has made me as happy as these. If you are wanting a good balance pay the money and get a great beadlock.
