I haven't logged many kms on these tires but so far they've proved good. They handle very well on road and have good grip, even on wet road (I think they're better than my previous Bighorns on that) plus they're quieter than Bighorns.
I did some mud driving yesterday and they cleared the sticky stuff really well. My 4x4 Frontier was the first vehicle to drive through the muddy mountain roads after HEAVY rain and had no problems at all.
I'd only like (out of personal taste) for the tread on this tire to be a bit deeper.
So far so good!

Picked up a set from OK4WD and had them up at Rausch Creek over the weekend. Got my Cherokee hung up on a boulder that was up into the transmission pan. Used the pillow tracks to elevate and move off the rock. Might have saved my trans pan. Otherwise I'd be using the hilift to get a load of rocks under the tires.

I have a set on a 65 scout. They are the co-op spur grip tires. Same pattern as the ones being reviewed. Farmer's co op stores still carry or can order.
I always heard the co-op mudders were a harder compound than the gumbo monster mudders, but same tread pattern. In other words co-ops last longer on the road. I am on my second set, actually the 3rd set since new on the scout. They will pull steep trails without spinning. In the mud they are still used by mud bog racers over the bogger. They do well on lateral traction on hillsides, which boggers do not. So in short best tire if you want to turn on a hill. It beats everything else out there on rocks, trails and street in a mud tire set up,,,,,,,,,,, besides the bogger which it beats in everything except mud which just depends on your rig. Mine does better than boggers, but heavy vehicles may not.
i have a set of the 44 19.5 16.5 on my mud truck and they preform excellent in the florida mud and sugar sand. have yet to find a better tire for extreme bogging.

Just as one of the other posters said I new right out of the garage it was not right. I took mt truck back three times form road noise and bad wheel shake at 55 mph. They checked everything and my truck was fine. I have had them for about six months and they sound like they have that (WAP-WAP sound) like they have bad wear. I have had them rotated and do mostly highway travel. Also until the get warm, which takes a long time, they feel like they have a flat spot.
One poster said they can't understand how you can have a bad post after all the good that has been posted on the web. Then my question would be what makes you believe the positive post. Maybe the tire they had before this tire was so bad that this tire is better. In my case I would never buy this tire again.

I run a set of Mastercraft Couser M/Ts on my 1995 Ford F-250 7.3 Power Stroke. They handle great on road and barely wear. I have gotten over 45,000miles so far. I cannot hear them at all on the road because of the moise of straight piped stacks on a 7.3. I like them better than the BFG M/Ts I had. I plan to buy this tire again.

In Europe is possible create clear transmission over 30 miles in lowlands. In mi opinion the problem with low range in your country is the Continent America where this frequency is very common - so many devices blocking and interfere your signal. But in Europe FRS and GMRS is infrequent (rare), common is PMR. But 7 of 22 channels is forbidden (restricted) under the penalty of many € - only for governance, police, paid transmission, etc.
This is perfect 2-Way Radios.

I have 33/11.5/16 on 02 grand cherokee. At 22,000 miles I looking for new tires. I use this station wagon to move four kids to school and back everyday. Then, on the weekend, air them down to about 7-10 psi and slam it against anything the front bumper will fit over. These have been a great all around performer from new to now. I have not replaced one yet. I have only been flat once due to a steak knife mislayed in camp. I wheel these mostly on rock trails, but have also not been disappointed on the few mud rallies I have attended. I'm buying cut out fender flairs and will be able to stuff almost 37/14.5 with my lift and if toyo would make a tire the right size I would own a new set. I'll be hard pressed to find another serious off road tire with as good road manners as these have. as a side note. In rock I have had these to as low as 4 psi and I have never torn a wall. great all around tire!
