One stroke of the lever rotates the spool one notch. I pulled out 10 ft. of cable and spent 20 minutes rewinding and this was without a load. My made in China "cheapo" rotate the spool 6 notches.

Put a set of 285/75/R16 on a '02 Dodge ram 2500 at Pep Boys.At less than 6,000mi of wear developed bad ride distubance issues.Took my truck to a nearby national tire shop, they said I had 1 tire that was oval and defective, pointed out to me that all 4 tires had a combined weight of over 3 lbs on them, yes 3 lbs,on new 1 piece alluminum wheels and new tires.Contacted Pep Boys, brought the truck up there a few weeks later. At 14/32s,Pep Boys automotive service mgr said the BEST he could do was put 4 new tires on my truck and charge me almost $500? These tires were bought by me with road hazzard,BUT,it was passed the 90 day free replacement time period..Another dissatified former customer.

I have these on my 07 f150 and they have been great with getting around a south georgia plantation but now with 25k miles i will need new ones in about another 10k miles. I hear where people get 50 to 80k miles out of these but they are mostly on paved roads. mine have about 15k mile of off road use. i will get different tires next time

Bought these for my 2005 Dodge 2500. Looked like a great tire. I have had these tires for one year and have 14000 miles on them and just ordered new tires because the tread is worn down so bad. I know these are an off road tire and I use them on the road more but come on 14000 miles thats horrible.I wouldn't buy these ever again.

This review if for an offroad rig not a daily driver. These have got to be the toughest tire I have ever run on a 4X4 in the last 20 years. I run the 36X12.50-15 on a Jeep,Rubicon with beadlocks. They are no good for anything other than OFF ROAD. DO NOT BUY THESE TIRES FOR A DAILY DRIVER! If you run them for a off road only rig you will love them. Awesome tire for the granite rocks of Katemcy Texas, the swamps of Louisiana and east Texas.
