Made for the sand and that's were it should stay. This hot selling street tire turned out to be a fast wearing VERY SCARY RIDE. Not recommended for the street, period!! 16k and useless already!

I put 36x14.50x16.5 radials on my Super Duty 2 years ago. I still have them on. However, these tires wear very unevenly. Got to rotate them seems like every 3 months or so. Not good at all in the mud. Fine on pavement or light wooded trail. OK in the sand. Tires are NOT off road caliber. TSLs are much better.

I am currently running 33 x 12.5's on a 2000 wrangler w/ a 4" lift. These tires get lots of looks from the unique appearance, but not the best off-roader. In Western NC I see a bit of everything. They did OK on trails, but have trouble in the mud holes, and slippery rocks. If you want the look and stay mainly on the street these are the tires for you.

this was my first set of off road tires was a set of these in 33x13.5 for my 01 Ram off road edition. they are a good tire if your weekend worrior is also your daily driver like mine is, they lasted me about a year and then i handed them off to my sister who has a wrangler, and there still kickin. they did pretty good in the sand but not so good in the mud cause the tread got all clogged up pretty easy. my only complaint is they can get kinda noisy on the highway, but thats nothin a turned up stereo cant fix

I've had a set of 29.1" x 8.8" x 15 Trxus STS AT tires on my 1998 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 Inline 6 for almost 1 year.

They are better on the road than most street tires.

They rarely ever lose traction and most of the times its was due to me trying to.

They are real good in mud and clay.

They are good but sometimes not so good in sand.

They are not as loud as Super Swamper Boggers or TSLs but they are a lot louder than street tires.

They wear pretty good and inflate to 60 lbs.

They don't affect my gas mileage.

I would most likely buy themn again but in the 31" size as I have a 3" lift now.

They are a great overall tire if you don't go off road too much.

Even if I went off road more I'd still keep them.

I have had a set of these on my 2000 Land Rover Discovery (6" lift, ARB lockers on both axles, ARB bumper with winch on front) since the day I picked it up new. At 58,000 miles, half highway and half off road, there is very little wear and they are much quieter than the BFG Mud Terrains on my previous Land Cruiser. These tires have been bashed in rock gardens, run through frame deep mud and water, over logs, up steep rutted climbs, etc with abolutely no problems. Oh yeah, and I rarely rotate them because the noise for the first 1000 miles afterwards is unbelievable. The only place these tires fall down is sand but that is expected with a mud tire because they do not float on the sand's surface. I highly recommend these tires.
