Looking for the ultimate in off-road performance? Yukon offers two sizes of its super-strong replacement axle ujoints (Spicer 44 & 60). The bodies are made from forged 4340 chrome-moly which is through-hardened for ultimate yield and tensile strength. After hardening, the body is then coated with titanium nitrite. This coating provides an extremely hard surface to protect against wear. The caps are made from cold-extruded 4140 chrome-moly. They are then induction-hardened to provide maximum strength without becoming brittle. This design doesn’t utilize needle bearings so it relies on offset hardnesses to protect against wear. With this design the caps will wear out first and can be replaced at a lower cost than buying a new u-joint. Yukon offers a lifetime warranty against breakage of the BODY CROSS-SECTION ONLY.
Yukon Super Joints Kits - For the ultimate in U-joints, these kits come with 2 joints, grease, grease gun, instructions, clips and zerk fittings.

Installed these puppies on my Dana 44 under the Scout after snapping a stock Spicer and dislodging the ball joints. Never wanted that to happen again so I got these. Holy crap. I've never seen u-joints like this. I don't worry about these being the weak link anymore.

I installed them in a HP 44 front I run under my XJ. It took a while for them to break, and once they did, Randy's Ring and pinion refused to warranty the joints because I did'nt have every little piece of the broken one. Plus it took almost 2 months for me to get them. I'm very dissapointed.
